Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows people to make voice calls over the internet instead of traditional phone lines. • Connecting your SIP channel or channels (depending on how many analogue lines you need to convert to IP) to a VoIP telephone system (often called a hosted or cloud based VoIP PBX)

• Installation of VoIP telephone extension handsets (which can be Wi-Fi or Ethernet hard-wired)

• Configuration of the new system to ensure your business requirements are met
